Jeffrey F. Gibralter is a Partner at Reid FV Group with over 20 years of specialized experience in business valuation, forensic accounting, and litigation support. He has advised over a thousand closely held companies, attorneys, accountants, and financial professionals across a broad range of engagements — including business valuations for marital disputes and equitable distribution, estate and gift tax planning, shareholder and partnership disputes, corporate planning, business acquisitions and sales, complex separate property analyses, lifestyle analyses, financial asset tracing, and business damage assessments.

Jeff has been court-appointed as a neutral financial expert and has provided expert witness testimony on numerous occasions throughout New York State and Connecticut on matters involving business valuation, forensic accounting, financial asset tracing, and the valuation of intangible assets.

Prior to joining Reid FV Group, Jeff was a Partner at KLG for 18 years, and before that spent over nine years with two of the Big Four accounting firms — bringing deep experience in litigation and forensic consulting, accounting and auditing, and tax consulting. He has also published various articles and speaks frequently on business valuation and forensic accounting topics.

Russell Kranzler is a Partner at Reid FV Group with extensive experience in forensic accounting, bankruptcy, and insurance claims analysis. A CPA and Certified Forensic Accountant (Cr.FA), Russell brings the investigative skills, accounting knowledge, and financial acumen to address complex business problems across bankruptcies, insurance claims, fraud investigations, and contract disputes.

Russell is frequently retained to provide forensic accounting and bankruptcy services as well as litigation support, including expert witness testimony. His wide range of corporate accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting experience enhances his credibility as an expert witness in complex proceedings.

He is also frequently called upon to assist attorneys, private investigation firms, and insurance claimants in identifying and quantifying claims involving business interruption, employee dishonesty, burglary, theft, and the valuation of losses resulting from an insured peril — having published on this topic in the New York State Bar Journal and led seminars for the NYSSCPA Litigation Support Committee.
