Rushabh graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Tech in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. Rush has over 20 years’ experience working in public accounting and taxation. He has extensive experience in flow-through entity taxation (Partnerships & S-Corporations), like-kind exchanges under section 1031, multi-state tax returns, and is very knowledgeable with the Subchapter K and Subchapter S code sections of the Internal Revenue Code. Rush has overseen taxation of complex real estate transactions, individual taxation, and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals.
